Set in the Wiltshire town of Calne, Marden Court Care Home provides devoted, compassionate residential and respite care to 28 residents.
We are looking for you to work as a care assistant, making a real difference in our residents' lives every day. Your responsibilities will include supporting daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, supporting toilet use). We seek individuals who genuinely care for our residents and aim to create a happy, fulfilling life for them. Some days may be challenging, but you will also laugh, have fun, and make lasting memories. You’ll become part of our extended family, bringing kindness, exceptional care, and dignity to our care home.
We welcome both experienced carers and those new to care to join our diverse team, bringing all sorts of life experience. We provide induction training, ongoing support, and development opportunities to help you build a career with us. You should be a great communicator, capable of building relationships and fostering positive working and living environments. We’d love you to love your job.
