What you'll be doing:
* Producing insightful analysis and reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
* Supporting pricing and revenue management initiatives, including tariff reviews and competitor benchmarking
* Providing analytical input into acquisitions and real estate projects, building business cases for portfolio growth
* Preparing and presenting options for consideration at senior and board level
* Developing and maintaining financial models to support planning, profitability analysis, and investment decisions
* Partnering with commercial, operational and senior leadership teams to provide financial insight and drive accountability
