As part of our specialist finance team, you’ll play a key role in connecting investors with tailored solutions—from Buy-to-Let mortgages to bridging finance—helping them unlock their property potential. You will have access to inbound leads from our new investor platform and will be able to leverage our established brand within the property sector. Roles And Responsibilities Client and Deal Management: Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring clear communication and expectations throughout the loan process. Structure and negotiate Buy-to-Let (BTL), Bridging Finance, and Development Finance deals tailored to client needs. Sales/Business Development Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the specialist lending market. Manage and convert inbound leads from the company website, referrals, and marketing campaigns Lender & Partner Collaboration Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, ensuring access to competitive products. Work closely with other internal teams and subsidiaries to identify cross-sell opportunities. Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure a seamless, efficient transaction process. From initial consultation to completion, ensure flawless experiences that earn repeat business Industry Presence Represent the company at networking events, expos, and industry meetings to enhance brand visibility. What we are looking for? Strong understanding of BTL, Bridging, Development Finance, and Commercial loans. Knowledge of lender criteria (high-street and niche providers). CeMAP qualified (or working towards it) – preferred but not essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple cases independently. Experience using CRM systems
