A brilliant opportunity for a confident, organised, and professional Receptionist / Office Administrator to join this start up private equity firm at an exciting time. As the face of the business you will ensure a professional and friendly first impression and support the EAs to keep the office running seamlessly.
What you’ll do:
 * Welcome guests and ensure top level client care
 * Manage calls, emails, meeting room bookings, and catering
 * Handle post, couriers, and office supplies
 * Liaise with building management and external suppliers
 * Support the team with admin tasks, events, and day‑to‑day office coordination
About you:
 * Polished, warm, and proactive — with excellent communication skills
 * Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
 * A self‑starter who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, growing environment
 * Previous experience in a similar role within finance or professional services is a plus
