Responsibilities
1. Work collaboratively with the Quality Manager to uphold and enhance quality standards across production.
2. Act as the first point of contact for customer quality-related enquiries, addressing concerns, investigating issues, and managing resolution processes.
3. •Provide hands-on support on the shop floor, ensuring quality processes are followed throughout all stages of production.
Additional Requirements
4. Strong verbal communication skills; comfortable liaising with customers via phone and in person.
5. Computer literate, with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and database systems.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in both office and shop floor settings (approximately 50/50 split).
