Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Royal Berkshire (Bracknell(. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team to achieve and exceed membership sales targets while ensuring prospective members have an excellent experience. Responsibilities include generating new leads, developing marketing and sales strategies, managing client relationships, and conducting sales presentations and tours of the club. The role will also involve mentoring the sales team, analyzing sales performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. The Sales Manager will play a key role in promoting a welcoming environment in alignment with David Lloyd Clubs' values.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management and developing strategic marketing or sales initiatives
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Leadership abilities, team management, and mentorship experience
Proficiency in identifying key trends and utilizing data to make informed decisions
Focus on customer service and delivering exceptional client experiences
Relevant experience in the health, fitness, or hospitality industry is a plus
