In this role you will: Help pupils navigate the dining hall with care and courtesy Encourage positive interactions, conflict resolution and mutual respect Facilitate calm, engaging play in the playground or quiet indoor areas Build warm, trusting relationships with children of all ages Maintain consistent behaviour expectations in line with the school’s ethos You will be welcomed into a closely knit, supportive staff team who care deeply about every child’s wellbeing.
