Job Role
* Looking for an experienced Operations Manager, Area Manager to look after 20 sites in the Midlands Patch
* Area Manager who is fully accountable for P&L and performance of their sites
* An Area Manager/ Operations Manager who is proven in developing General Managers
* A self-starter with a passion for hospitality
* 7-day operation with 5 days working week
Job Requirements
* The ideal Area Manager/ Operations Manager will have 2 years of Multi site experienced in a similar branded restaurant or Gastro pub
* Experience with managing between 20 sites across the UK.
* You will have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
* The successful Area Operations Manager will be used to managing multi sites with turnovers of up to 30m
* An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
* Must come from high-volume background
