Role Description
De Musson is looking for a
Freelance Community Strategist
to help shape and grow our online presence across Instagram and LinkedIn.
This is a remote, part-time freelance role (2 hours per week) — ideal for someone who understands how to build and nurture authentic online communities around creativity, culture, and business.
You'll work closely with the Director to develop engagement strategies, refine content rhythms, and identify opportunities for collaboration that strengthen our connection with clients and creative audiences. Your work will support De Musson's growing digital voice — one rooted in intelligence, creativity, and expertise.
Key Responsiblities
* Develop and implement a community growth and engagement strategy across Instagram and LinkedIn.
* Support existing content and engagement activity — amplifying the brand's voice rather than replacing it.
* Identify and recommend potential collaborators, clients, and cultural partners aligned with De Musson's values and aesthetic.
* Analyse engagement metrics and share insights to inform ongoing strategy.
* Find creative, resourceful ways to foster meaningful online interaction within time and budget parameters.
* Collaborate with the Director and wider creative network to align community activity with broader business goals.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in community management, audience development, or social strategy — ideally within the arts, design, or cultural sectors.
* Strong understanding of UK creative audiences and tone of communication.
* Confident identifying relevant collaborators and creative businesses.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to translate insight into actionable ideas.
* Experience using analytics tools to measure performance and guide approach.
* Creative and resourceful within constraints.
* Genuine interest in culture, design, and creative entrepreneurship.
