Role summary
The IT Infrastructure / Cloud / End User Operations and Support Lead is a senior leadership role responsible for establishing and driving KDN's IT infrastructure, cloud, and end-user operations and support strategy. This includes ensuring seamless IT service delivery, optimizing infrastructure performance, providing efficient end-user support, and adopting innovative technologies like AI to meet evolving business needs.
How will you make your mark?
* Oversee daily operations of KDN's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and data centers.
* Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of all IT systems.
* Manage cloud resources for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and security.
* Lead the end-user support team to resolve IT issues promptly and effectively.
* Develop and manage support processes such as incident, problem, and change management.
* Supervise and mentor IT professionals, including service management administrators, network engineers, system administrators, database administrators, and cloud engineers.
* Implement AI-powered automation to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
* Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across teams.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's preferred.
* Extensive experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, and end-user support, with proven leadership experience.
* Strong technical knowledge of network architecture, cloud platforms, virtualization, and enterprise IT systems.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
* Strong project management skills and experience with methodologies.
* Exceptional communication skills.
