📍 Location: Chandlers Ford, Hampshire (Hybrid - 1 day WFH after probation) some travel to client site
⏰ Hours: Full-Time, Flexible between 07:30–18:30

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated ERP Implementation Consultant to join a dynamic consultancy delivering tailored ERP solutions to clients across diverse sectors including manufacturing, distribution, construction, and professional services.
In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end ERP deployments—mapping business processes, configuring systems, delivering training, and ensuring each solution meets the client’s strategic goals. You'll be at the centre of digital transformation, helping organisations increase efficiency and streamline their operations.
🧩 What You'll Be Doing
1. Lead full-cycle ERP implementations, from discovery to go-live.
2. Work directly with client stakeholders to assess requirements and design process-driven solutions.
3. Document existing and future-state business processes.
4. Configure and tailor ERP software to client needs.
5. Manage project timelines, budgets, milestones, and risks.
6. Deliver user training and provide technical support post-implementation.
7. Collaborate with developers, support staff, and end users to ensure solution quality and client satisfaction.
✅ What You’ll Bring
Essential:
8. 2+ years of experience as an ERP Implementation Consultant or ERP Developer.
9. Strong knowledge of business operations, particularly in manufacturing and distribution.
10. Demonstrated experience with business process analysis, process re-engineering, and documentation.
11. Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
12. High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
13. Bachelor’s degree in Business Technology, MIS, or a related field.
Desirable:
14. Experience with Priority ERP or similar systems (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, Epicor, etc.).
15. Understanding of change management principles.
16. Project planning or project budgeting experience.
17. Experience with software testing, UAT, and system acceptance procedures.
