30 hour role, 4 days a week working alternate weekends.
As an Activities Co-ordinator it will mean planning and implementing activities that delight our Residents, supporting the Home Manager with essential fundraising events, boosting resident confidence to socialise, developing new activity ideas based on residents' hobbies, and engaging the care home team - all with a sense of kindness.
HC-One are looking for someone with a background working with vulnerable individuals, ideally with experience developing activity programmes. Desired attributes include a positive, energetic attitude, strong planning and organisational skills, proficiency in IT, ability to manage time effectively, and a considerate, kind communication style.
