Opportunity for a Cloud Data Platform Architect to join a central government project for 6 months.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the re-platforming of technology and data assets, acting as the technical custodian for systems, applications, and data transitioning to the cloud, ensuring continuity, integrity, and compliance throughout the migration process.
This is not a lift-and-shift migration, it’s a proper redesign of data and technology platforms, re-engineering how data is sourced, ingested, processed, analysed, and consumed in the cloud.
The role requires a cross-disciplinary Architect who can both design solutions and provide end-to-end technical leadership from discovery and design through to build, testing, and deployment.
Requirements:
* Experience across multiple architecture disciplines (Solution, Tech, Infrastructure, Data)
* Experience delivering cloud data re-platforming and transformation initiatives
* Central gov / public sector experience
* Knowledge of Palantir Foundry (desirable)
In return they're offering an initial 6-month contract at £600/day inside IR35.
This is a remote first role with travel to client site in London 2 times per month.
