Your pay rate as a Warehouse Operative:
Pre 12 weeks
* AM shift: £12.21 per hour
* AM overtime £18.32
* PM shift: £13.26 per hour
* PM Overtime: £19.89
* Night shift: £14.30
* Night shift overtime: £21.45
* Break: 30 minutes unpaid break, 15-minute paid break
Post 12 weeks
* AM shift: £13.20 per hour
* AM overtime £19.80
* PM shift: £14.90 per hour
* PM Overtime: £22.35
* Night shift: £17.56
* Night shift overtime: £26.34
* Break: 30 minutes unpaid break, 15-minute paid break
Typical working hours as a Warehouse Operative:
Any 5/7 days, PM and AM shift
Duties as a Warehouse Operative:
* Picking, packing, loading, unloading, moving, storing, palletising products.
* Managing received goods or goods for dispatch.
* Keeping accurate records, either paper-based or on a computer.
* Complying with health and safety requirements.
* Labelling items
* Clean & go policy
* Maintaining equipment
