We're looking for a passionate and proactive Operations Assistant to join our growing team at Fleet Luxury Packaging
About the role
As an Operations Assistant, you'll be a vital part of our operations team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our daily business activities. You'll work closely with the Operations Manager and other departments to streamline processes, provide administrative support, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Key responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and managing customer orders with suppliers. You will also handle communication, maintain records, and collaborate to improve operational processes. The role involves identifying and resolving routine challenges and assisting with financial management, purchasing & Sales team support
What we're looking for
Successful candidates will need strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required, previous experience would be a bonus but is not essential.
