New Directions Education is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Teaching Assistants to join our partner schools across Cheshire East. In this role, you will support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them engage in learning, build confidence, and achieve their goals.
Your Role Will Include:
• Providing 1:1 support to pupils who require additional help accessing learning
• Delivering small-group interventions to boost progress, engagement, and wellbeing
• Working closely with class teachers to adapt learning materials and deliver effective support
• Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Helping students overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential
We are particularly seeking Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants who are committed, nurturing, and ready to make a positive impact in a mainstream setting.
