Location: Based at Salisbury with flexible working options, including from home and stations. Attendance at the base location is approximately 3 days a week.

As a Compliance and Investigations Manager, your responsibilities include:
* Supporting the team in delivering disciplinary procedures fairly and objectively.
* Monitoring compliance with reporting schedules to assure senior leadership.
* Ensuring impartiality and consistency in complaints and investigations through quality assurance processes.
Ideal candidates will meet all essential criteria listed in the person specification, possess good understanding of employment law, have experience managing diverse teams and handling disciplinary, grievance, and harassment cases, and demonstrate excellent communication skills and a positive customer care attitude.
