Your mission: go out into the world, uncover the most epic group adventures possible, and bring them to life with partners who can deliver them at scale. You’ll design trips end-to-end: researching destinations, crafting standout moments, shaping itineraries that spark friendship, and ensuring each launch is commercially sound and operationally tight. You are strong at finding inventive solutions before issues become patterns. A natural collaborator who loves working cross functionally to bring big ideas to market. You have experience managing multiple projects at once without losing clarity or quality We’re after the right person and if you don’t quite hit all the criteria, we’d still encourage you to apply.
