Job Description
Do you want to help improve the health and wellbeing of pets around the world? Swedencare’s in-house e-commerce performance team supports our accelerated growth both online and offline—and we’re looking for a Digital Traffic Manager (also called Customer Acquisition Specialist) to help lead the way.
The position is to cover for parental leave (12 months) but there are good possibilities for a permanent position at the end of the parental leave.
You’re analytical, results-driven, and love turning data into action. You have solid hands-on experience with at least two major paid traffic platforms—Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads—and ideally all three.
We are looking for someone excited to take ownership, run experiments, and optimize performance across multiple channels.
What you'll do:
* Plan, create, and execute paid traffic and acquisition strategies to meet revenue and efficiency goals across several markets.
* Find and target audiences
* Run and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and additional channels such as Display, YouTube, and Bing.
* Continuously analyze results and provide clear insights to improve performance and spend effectiveness.
* Work closely with our UK online team, EU Amazon team, HQ marketing team in Malmö, and local teams across Europe and the US.
Must-haves:
* 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
* Comfortable working in Google Analytics (GA4) with solid knowledge of tracking setups (GTM, UTM, pixel/tagging).
* Strong analytical and data skills with a performance mindset.
* Fluent English speaker.
* You must have the legal right to work in Sweden or the United Kingdom (e.g. citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid work permit).
Highly valued:
* Experience with TikTok Ads or strong interest and understanding of the platform’s paid marketing potential.
* Experience with YouTube, Bing, or other traffic platforms.
* Familiarity with Google Merchant Center, UTM tracking, Looker (or similar).
* E-commerce background and additional language skills (Swedish, Spanish, French, or German).

Location:
