Clinical Nurse – Complex Care (East Anglia) Location: Travel in the East Anglia Region, Office, and Remote opportunities Contract: Full-Time / Permanent Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our expanding Complex Care Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting others to do the same. Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial clinical assessments for new complex care packages across the East Anglia region. Develop, review, and update comprehensive care plans tailored to each individual’s needs. Provide specialised clinical training to care staff, including but not limited to: Catheter care (urethral and suprapubic) Stoma care PEG feeding and enteral nutrition Carry out competency assessments and ensure care teams are confident and safe in delivering delegated healthcare tasks. Work collaboratively with families, multidisciplinary teams, and external professionals to ensure seamless and high-quality care delivery. Support ongoing clinical governance, quality monitoring, and service development. About You: Registered Nurse (Adult) NMC Pin in good standing. Experience in complex care, community nursing, or a similar role. Confident in delivering clinical training and assessing competencies.
