To carry out all required maintenance and decoration duties, in line with an approved task list, working unsupervised.
You will:
1. Provide excellent customer service.
2. Ensure a clean, safe, and legal workplace.
3. Adhere to Wetherspoon's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
4. Work with third-party contractors.
5. Ensure that all work completed by you, or by an approved contractor, complies with the company's design standard operating procedures (DSOPs).
6. Carry out any reasonable task, as requested, to meet the needs of the business.

* Be able to work unsupervised and resolve problems using your own knowledge, within relevant guidelines.
* Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for your role and show commitment to colleagues and the pub.

* Remain calm when working in a fast-paced environment.
* Adhere to Wetherspoon's appearance standards, ensuring correct PPE is worn when required.
* Receive regular feedback from management and achieve any actions agreed upon.
