What You'll Lead
* Daily operations across warehouse, production, and site management
* Strengthening and developing teams where your leadership will make a visible difference.
* Improvement projects including warehouse upgrades, process optimisation, and site efficiency enhancements.
* Contractor and facilities management that keeps the site running smoothly.
* First‐line people leadership with support from outsourced HR and the Finance Director.
What You Bring
* Strong track record in operational leadership within manufacturing.
* Experience in process, blending, or chemical‐type operations is helpful, not essential.
* Confident communicator with natural authority — someone people trust.
* Comfortable being the senior decision‐maker during MD overseas rotations.
* Commercial mindset: you understand ROI, capex justification, and project payback.
