Salary: £32,000 per year + monthly bonus up to £200
Hours: 40 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Visiting patients in their homes to provide optical care
* Working across different clinics and adapting to varied schedules
* Guiding patients through their journey with personalised care, ensuring comfort, confidence, and clarity of vision
* Supporting Optometrists by interpreting prescriptions accurately and offering tailored lens solutions
* Advising on frame styles, lens options, and coatings to suit each patient’s lifestyle and visual needs
About You:
* GOC-registered Dispensing Optician
* Full UK driving licence
* Enjoys working independently and as part of a team
* Confident driving to different locations
* Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and develop a team
* Comfortable using tablets, laptops, and digital systems
