Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, dynamic, and passionate Band 7 Community Specialist Palliative Care Nurse to work within our North Bedfordshire Team, based in Clapham, however, there is an expectation that staff will cover across the bases if needed. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills within the specialist palliative care setting. The team provides symptom management, psychological support and advanced care planning, enabling patients to remain at home in their preferred place of care with the right support. You will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills and advanced clinical decision‑making, working within a highly specialist area of practice.

Qualifications & Experience
* Experience and an NMP qualification in the field of palliative care is desirable.
* A willingness to learn and contribute is more important.
Additional Requirements
* You must have a driving licence and have access to a vehicle to carry out your duties.
* You will be required to cover 7 days a week between the hours of 08:00-18:00.
* Full‑time post available.
