The Business Services and Outsourcing team are essential to meeting our clients' evolving requirements. You'll be someone who can work pro-actively, managing your own tasks, but you'll also be confident collaborating with others, communicating regularly with senior managers, Directors, and BDO's Partners to enable us to serve our clients effectively. You'll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to our clients.
Role overview
Join BDO's Global Business Services team as an Assistant Manager, specialising in international accounting services. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's seen significant growth, offering you a real opportunity to advance your career with proven pathways and prospects.
In this role, you'll take charge of managing client relationships and your dedicated team, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of client services. You'll work autonomously, tackling issues and managing conflicting priorities with ease. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the highest quality in inputs, outputs, and project management. As a role model, you'll embody BDO values and deliver exceptional client service, while being a team player who collaborates effectively with both management and delivery teams. This position is ideal for a qualified accountant from practice or industry, with experience working with clients across various sectors.
You'll be someone with:

* Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA,CIMA)
* Ability to think on your feet
* Excellent communication skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
* Good time management and organisational skills
* Attention to detail and ability to identify and solve issues
