Job Description
SRG is seeking an account specialist to join a leading pharmaceutical company to expand and develop the London Territory. The role involves being the primary contact for key stakeholders and executing the infield brand strategy. Develop customer relationships and maximize opportunities through strong cross-functional account plans.
Duties and Responsibilities

* Deliver expected volume and sales growth for the territory in line with goals.

* Identify and maintain relationships with disease state external experts and advocates.

* Gather insights and understand market dynamics.

* Develop in-depth knowledge of disease, products, market, and competition.

Territory Management

Experience and Qualifications
* Experience as a secondary care account manager.
* Industry sales experience in ophthalmology preferred.
* Knowledge of industry and local market conditions.
* ABPI qualification.
* Understanding of customer and disease area requirements.
* Knowledge of policies, protocols, and political environment affecting accounts.
* Action planning and budget management skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
* Fast learner with adaptability.
* Leadership qualities to handle challenges.
* Motivational and influencing skills.
* Comfortable with ambiguity and risk.
* Professional, accountable, energetic, and collaborative.
