Digital Product Manager will spearhead the development and delivery of products across its vast network of medical facilities that improve both patient experiences and clinical outcomes.
What Will You Do:
* collaborate with both clinical and non-clinical teams to pinpoint areas of opportunity aimed at enhancing the overall patient experience and clinical outcomes
* demonstrate product excellence in Agile by defining epics and high-level user stories aligned with business goals, while leveraging data driven insights to shape the product roadmap
* manage the full product lifecycle from product ideation and requirements gathering to its design, execution, and release
* apply structured change management to drive user adoption, collaborating with IT and Operations to ensure seamless integration of new products into existing workflows
* introduce new products and features, gauge their success, gather feedback, and iterate accordingly
* deeply analytical and strategic thinker who thrives on solving business challenges, creating products, taking ownership of product prioritization, and effectively managing stakeholders

* this is a hands-on product management role that is HIGHLY strategic and delivery based
* full-time MOSTLY REMOTE role w/ minimal travel to HQ
Responsibilities/Experience:
* 5+ years of experience leading full product development lifecycles
* excellent communication, ability to work successfully with cross functional teams, innovative and entrepreneurial spirit
* agile product leader driving digital transformation, leveraging JIRA to deliver impactful solutions within the product domain
* proven experience achieving success in overseeing intricate operational and technology deployments impacting multiple end-users
* healthcare experience is a MUST
