Position: Director
We are seeking an experienced Director at Arm Design and Build with over 10 years of expertise in planning, construction, building regulations, and energy and overheating assessments. The ideal candidate will be passionate about architectural development and project management.

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Sales & Office Administrator who excels in driving new business and maintaining client relationships for our architectural services, while also providing excellent general office support. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and clients, promote our services, and ensure smooth back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
o Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and follow-ups.
o Client Meetings & Proposals: Meet potential clients, prepare tailored quotations, and presentation materials.
o Pipeline Management: Keep records of leads, proposals, and sales in our CRM/system.
o Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and potential partners to inform strategy.
2. General Office Administration
o Communication: Manage emails, phone calls; liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
o Records & Documentation: Maintain digital and paper filing systems for contracts, drawings, invoices, and project files.
o Project Tracking: Update project timelines, milestones, and budgets in internal systems.
o Reception & Office Support: Greet visitors, manage office supplies, and maintain a professional environment.
What We’re Looking For
* Sales Experience: Proven B2B sales record, preferably in architectural, construction, or professional services.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English; confident presenter.
* Organisational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
* IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
* Client-Focused: Friendly, professional demeanor, with a genuine interest in building relationships.
* Driving License: Preferred but not essential.
* Architecture Knowledge: Familiarity with architectural processes, terminology, or software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is desirable.
