ScottishPower Renewables (SPR) is appointed as the Principal Designer for the East Anglia Two (EA2) project. The Project Engineering Manager has the role of Principal Designer Lead on the projects and is responsible for ensuring that SPR fulfils the duties of a Principal Designer (PD) under the CDM 2015 Regulations. Working as part of the Design Assurance team, the CDM PD Coordinator will be key in supporting the Engineering Manager in fulfil this remit.
The CDM PD Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring the development of the design ensuring CDM compliance (PD approach) throughout the lifecycle of the project, where hazard identification and safety is a priority.
