Job Title: HR Generalist

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Job Description: As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual with a solid background in HR advisory services, particularly within start-up or scale-up environments and the financial services industry. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR advisory roles and will be ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and issues, providing expert advice and guidance to employees and managers.
2. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives and foster a positive work culture.
3. Manage employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievances, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
4. Work closely with external partners, such as legal counsel, to handle complex employee relations issues, including tribunal cases, as necessary.
