Essential Requirements
* Proven experience as a Home Manager in an elderly care/nursing home setting
* Strong knowledge of CQC standards, with a track record of compliance and quality outcomes
* Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff
* Commercial awareness with experience of managing budgets and driving occupancy
* NMC registration desirable but not essential
The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead their flagship care home in Partington, Manchester.
In this role, you will:
* Provide strong leadership and direction to the staff team, fostering a culture of kindness, empathy, and high-quality care
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CQC, maintaining the highest standards of care and support
* Oversee financial performance, managing budgets effectively and achieving financial targets
* Drive occupancy through proactive marketing and relationship building with families, professionals, and the wider community
* Work closely with residents and their families to ensure personalised, compassionate care plans are delivered
* Collaborate with Operations, Central Support, and in-house teams (Deputy Manager, Administrator, Housekeeping, and Hospitality Manager) to ensure smooth running of the home
