Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the month-end close process, including journals, accruals, and revenue reporting
* Preparing monthly management accounts and supporting reporting packs
* Performing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining accuracy across the ledger
* Assisting with budgeting and forecasting cycles
* Partnering with non-finance stakeholders, providing clear and actionable financial insights
* Supporting ad-hoc analysis and finance projects in a growing business
Ideal Profile:
* Currently studying towards ACCA / CIMA (with exams already passed)
* 1–3 years’ experience in a finance role with month-end exposure
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and keen to develop
* Confident communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders across the business
