Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Analyst with strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills to provide insightful reporting, support key decision-making, and play a vital role in driving improved profitability. The Role This is a hands-on, business-facing position suited to someone who enjoys digging into the detail of financial performance and translating numbers into meaningful insight. You'll take a lead role in producing high-quality management information, delivering clear variance analysis, and turning KPIs into actions that help leadership teams make well-informed decisions. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts with accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery. Analyse trends, variances, and KPIs, providing clear commentary on risks and opportunities. Partner with budget holders to help them understand financial performance and cost drivers. Produce regular reporting across revenue, margins, costs, and cashflow. Offer commercial insight to help shape strategy and support profitability improvements. Work collaboratively across functions on forecasting, planning, and wider business initiatives. Contribute to ad hoc financial projects and analysis as required. About You Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Strong background in management accounting and financial analysis. Confident communicator, able to explain financial information to non-finance colleagues. Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills. Detail-driven, commercially aware, and comfortable challenging assumptions. Organised and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
