We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sub Agent to join an established civil engineering contractor delivering a major marine infrastructure project. Sub Agent Responsibilities: • Reporting to the Site Agent and Project Manager. • Managing day-to-day site operations on marine civils packages. • Overseeing QA/QC processes, inspections and quality compliance. • Producing, reviewing and implementing RAMS and ITPs. • Managing shaft sinking operations and associated temporary works. • Overseeing HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) works and subcontractors. • Coordinating and managing temporary works in line with design and TWC procedures. • Monitoring programme, costs and productivity. • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification. • Supervising engineers and supporting site teams. Sub Agent Requirements: • CSCS Card. • SMSTS preferred. • Strong background in marine civils or heavy infrastructure projects. • Proven experience with QA/QC, ITPs and RAMS. • Experience in shaft sinking, HDD works and temporary works management. • Good commercial and programme awareness. • Strong leadership and communication skills.
