As a Deputy Home Manager you will be expected to report to the Home Manager, you will contribute to the delivery of a quality and comprehensive care service within Hatzfeld Care Ltd. To ensure effective running and allocation of work to a team of Nurses and Support Workers, including contributing towards managing the staff rota, performance, health and safety, infection control, conduct and attendance. Must live in the UK to apply Responsibilities Manage the day to day delivery of a high quality, evidence-based person centred, holistic care incorporating meaningful activities for people living with mental health conditions. Maintain up to date knowledge of best practice and developments. Oversee staffing levels to ensure that appropriate levels of staff are maintained, taking appropriate action in the event of any gaps in service. Maintain up to date and accurate records in compliance with Information Governance. Practice within the guidance and legal framework of CQC Regulations and the Essential standards of Quality and Safety, Infection Control, Medication and Confidentiality, and National Medical Council’s standards and guidance. Ensure Information Governance and confidentiality is adhered to at all times Requirements Qualifications essential /Desirable Hold a valid, unrestricted PIN number with the Nursing and Midwifery Council RMN /RGN.
