Role and Responsibilities
* Support the Accounts Payable Team Leader with overseeing the “Projects” accounts payables ledger.
* Improve the processes of the ledger bringing them all in line with best practices for processing, reconciliations, and reporting.
* Manage relationships with key suppliers across the ledgers.
* Support with processing supplier payments weekly, ensuring all due payables are included.
* Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, becoming a point of contact for the resolution of AP issues.
The Ideal Candidate
* Must have Right to Work in the UK.
* Highly competent on Excel.
* Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and manage own workload and workload of the team.
* Confident communicator, with the ability to articulate financial information and analysis to stakeholders.
* Independent thinker, keen problem solver with a ‘can do’ attitude.
