Data Entry Administrator
Location: Hanningfield, Sandon Valley House. CM3 8HX
Contract: Temporary (3 months minimum)
Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-4pm
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Administrator to support a key project in partnership with Essex & Suffolk Water. This temporary position will play an important role in collating, managing, and organising site-based risk assessments from various sources to ensure all information is accurately recorded and accessible.
You will be responsible for uploading risk assessments to their SharePoint site, transferring them into their bespoke systems, and assisting with the development of a consistent process for managing site risk assessments.
Key Responsibilities
* Collate and organise site-based risk assessments from multiple sources
* Scan and upload documentation to the SharePoint site
* Input and transfer data accurately into the SKEWB system (training provided)
* Track and chase outstanding risk assessments from site teams and stakeholders
* Support the setup and refinement of a process for ongoing risk management
* Use of systems such as SharePoint, SKEWB, and Street Manager
About You
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office and document management systems
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
* Strong communication skills for liaising with various teams and departments
* Previous experience with SharePoint or similar systems is desirable
* A proactive and positive attitude to learning new systems (training on SKEWB will be provided)
