Behaviour Manager Location: Newark Salary Scale: £80 - £95 per day Start Date: Immediate Start Status: Full Time GSL Education are currently seeking to appoint enthusiastic Behaviour Manager to undertake a position at one of our client schools in Newark. Job Summary: The Behaviour Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining behaviour management strategies across the school. The aim is to promote a positive school environment where students can achieve their full potential academically and socially. Key Responsibility: Implementing behaviour management strategies. Supporting teachers and staff in managing classroom behaviour. Providing one-on-one or group support to students. Developing and maintaining a positive school culture. Monitoring and reporting on student behaviour. The successful candidate will: Relevant experience in behaviour management or similar roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents. A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
