Private Client Solicitor

This Legal 200 law multi office law firm with a successful,established private client team are looking to recruit a qualified solicitor or legal executive at associate level to support its continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and approachable team, working on a wide-ranging caseload for a diverse client base. The role offers strong prospects for progression and the chance to make a meaningful contribution within a well-regarded department.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Advising on and administering complex probate and estate matters
* Drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney
* Assisting clients with tax mitigation and estate planning
* Providing advice on trust structures and administration
What experience is needed:
* Qualified solicitor or legal executive with 2 PQE
* Solid experience gained within a reputable private client team
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* A strong client service ethic and professional communication skills
