ABOUT THE JOB The Higher Clerical Assistant/Word Processor Operator roles within the Service play a key part in supporting the Multi Agency Safeguarding Team and other Social Worker and Personal Adviser teams in safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children, young people and their families. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be experienced in call handling, data inputting and database maintenance whilst working to agreed standards and strict deadlines. You will have a flexible approach to be able to adapt to changes in priorities being able to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative, with some experience of working with figures. A positive and customer focused attitude is essential.” The work is all office based and 5 days per week 8.30-5 (4.30 Friday) This would be County Hall located
