Responsibilities
* Build and grow your own HR consultancy business, targeting employers of all sizes and across all sectors.
* Prioritise client needs, deliver tailored commercial HR advice, and maintain strong professional consulting skills.
* Engage with the franchisor’s network of referrers and clients to secure new business opportunities.
* Participate in monthly team meetings and regular one‑to‑one business support sessions.
* Utilise the franchisor’s marketing collateral, blog content, and business development tools to maximise outreach.
Qualifications
* Experienced HR professional, ideally a Director level or with substantial senior HR experience.
* CIPD qualified or equivalent HR professional designations.
* Authorized to live and work in the UK.
* Strong networking, communication, and business development skills.
* Commitment to building a self‑employed consultancy, with a focus on client service and professional growth.
