Their innovative technology spans across various industries including transportation, agriculture, electronics, and healthcare, revolutionizing product performance.Reporting directly to the Deputy General Counsel stationed at our client's headquarters, we are in search of a Senior Legal Counsel to join a dynamic team of 20+ legal and compliance professionals.In this full-time role, your responsibilities will include:• Serving as the primary liaison for senior stakeholders across various business units and corporate support departments, including the Purchasing team.• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating intricate contracts with customers, sales intermediaries, strategic partners, and suppliers.• Assisting the Data Protection Officer by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating data processing agreements, providing training to colleagues, and offering guidance on privacy matters.• Providing legal counsel on e-commerce affairs and the commercialization of software products.• Overseeing a legal and compliance colleague, with opportunities for expanded management duties as our team expands.• Spearheading cross-functional teams in business change initiatives that align with our organization's core objectives across multiple disciplines.• Cultivating relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive and implement business strategies and directions.• Offering support and stepping in as necessary for the Deputy General Counsel in your areas of expertise.In this pivotal role, we expect you to:• Have a minimum of 5 years' experience delivering practical legal and compliance advice within a fast-paced and ever-evolving business environment.• Demonstrate proficiency in intellectual property and commercial law.• Have hands-on experience reviewing and advising on master services agreements, software licenses, SaaS and support and maintenance agreements, as well as privacy matters.• Exhibit unwavering integrity and a capacity to lead by example.• Showcase a deep-seated enthusiasm for technology and innovation, coupled with a drive to effectuate business transformation.• Either possess in-house experience or demonstrate a thorough understanding of the challenges faced by a rapidly evolving revenue-generating enterprise.• Display an eagerness to continuously learn and share your wealth of experience and knowledge.
