At Musemind, we are in search of a skilled UI UX Designer who can combine aesthetics with functionality to create seamless and user-friendly experiences for our clients. Our next Designer should have a passion for solving user experience problems and the ability to transform complex concepts into practical solutions. The ideal candidate will not only think creatively but also strategically, using both research and data to inform design decision-making. Responsibilities Understand user needs and requirements, following a user-centered process to design user interfaces and experiences across multiple platforms. Participate in and lead design brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas and creative solutions. Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages. Collaborate closely with various teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user. Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience as a UI UX Designer or similar role. A portfolio that demonstrates both UX and UI design skills. Expertise in standard UI design software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq or other visual design and wireframing tools. Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, Javascript. Proficient understanding of responsive design. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
