About You…
* You are passionate about delivering exceptionalservice, even if you don’t have experience within the beauty industry, we willgive you the tools needed to be the beauty expert.
* Keeping up to date with the latest cosmetic andskincare trends is a part of your daily routine, you ooze passion for allthings beauty.
* Self-driven and motivated, you will always bedriven to achieve your individual sales target.
* Being able to build relationships comes naturalto you, whether that be with customers, team members, BA’s from other retailersand store management.
Training andDevelopment…
* Your induction will consist of regular trainingsession with your Education Mentor or Area Manager, they will provide you withall the support you need to succeed within the role.
* You will have regular team trainings on newproduct launches and application techniques, allowing you to practise using theproducts so you can assist our customers with the best education techniques.
* Access to E-learning modules where you candevelop yourself.
