The hours of work and shift patterns are:
4 days working week
Rotational shift. Start time: 04:55 am till 3:10 pm
Wk1 Monday-Thursday
Wk2 Wednesday - Saturday
Wk3 Monday, Tuesday, Friday Saturday
Pay rates: £13.39
Main Responsibilities:
As a Production Operative with 2 Sisters, you will be handling, trussing, cutting and packing food products for top tier customers within a busy chilled factory environment.
* To correctly and effectively carry out the required functions, once trained to do so, in any area of the factory
* To maintain high standards of personal hygiene and presentation during working hours
* Produce each product to the required specification following all quality standards
* Follow all safe-working practices, halting any unsafe working practices.
* To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required for the effective operation of the factory and unit.
Ideal Candidate:
* Able to communicate in English
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills
* Good hand/eye coordination
* Electric pallet truck license (preferred)
* Forklift license (preferred)
* Level 2 basic food safety
* Level 2 H&S
* Basic knife skills
