What youll be doing
As a Midweight Designer youll be joining an established creative studio and collaborating with a team of multidisciplinary designers, motion experts and developers on projects. Youll be surrounded by great leadership too with a Head of Creative and Senior Design Manager mentoring and guiding the team.
Day to day youll recommend creative routes across digital and print (though likely more of the former), balancing considerations in user experience, marketing goals and brand consistency. Theres a strong collaborative element here - youll work closely with account teams and clients, actively managing expectations while maintaining quality across all you create.
As a key member of the studio, youll keep ahead of design trends and emerging tech, help refine processes, and confidently present concepts to stakeholders. Youll take responsibility for your own work and support the team in delivering great results for clients.
