What You’ll Be Doing
* Carrying out domestic reactive plumbing repairs
* Responding to scheduled appointments and emergency call-outs
* Using mobile technology to record and complete jobs efficiently
* Delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge
* Ensuring work is completed safely and to the highest standard
What We’re Looking For
* NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
* Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
* Solid domestic plumbing experience, in a reactive maintenance environment
* Good communication skills and attention to detail
* Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused
Basic Salary
* Starting £29,952 per annum (based on 40 hours/week, Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm)
* Pay review after probation
On-Call Payments
* £20 weekday on-call retention
* £25 weekend on-call retention
* £20 per call-out before 9pm
* £30 per call-out after 9pm
* 20% bonus on weekly revenue over £2,000 (e.g. £100 bonus if revenue is £2,500)
* DRD Commission:
* 2.5% for generating DRD job leads
* 5% for completing DRD job work
