VANRATH is delighted to be partnering with a leading company in the construction and interiors sector to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover).
This is a Portadown-based role with travel around the branches. Happy to discuss hybrid working.
This role is Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-4pm.

Responsibilities
* Manage a small internal marketing team and external agency partners to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
* Collaborate closely with the sales function to ensure marketing activity supports lead generation and customer acquisition.
* Develop, implement, and optimise digital marketing strategies across web, social, and email channels to build brand awareness and engagement.
* Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI on all campaigns.
* Maintain and evolve brand identity across multiple business divisions to ensure consistency and impact.
* Report on key metrics, analysing campaign performance to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
* Continue on with the existing marketing plan - this is all in place and there will be a handover.
Essential Criteria
* Degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 3+ years' experience managing and executing marketing strategies across multiple brands or business units.
* Proven digital marketing expertise with hands-on experience in paid, organic, and email campaigns.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and report on performance.
* Excellent project management and communication skills with experience managing agencies and internal teams.
* Commercially aware, proactive, and adaptable with strong attention to detail.
Desirable
* Experience within the construction, interiors, or design sector.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
* Strong creative eye and brand awareness.
