The Role:
As the Trade Counter Assistant you will be:
1. Dealing with customers on the phone and in person
2. Preparing orders
3. Maintaining stock levels and dealing with stock queries
4. Liaising with suppliers when necessary
5. Using the IT system
6. Cash handling
7. Checking dockets
8. Organising stock in the warehouse
9. General housekeeping
Requirements for the successful Trade Counter Assistant:
10. Previous Customer Service / Sales experience essential
11. Knowledge of electrical products desirable
12. Medically fit to undertake the physical requirements of the job in the warehouse
13. Reliable
14. Good computer skills
15. Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
16. Adherence to and appreciation for H&S and general housekeeping standards
Hours of work:
17. Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
18. Sat - (working 1 out of 3)
In Return:
19. £13 per hr
