Corporate Associate (2+ PQE) | Bristol
A strong opportunity for a Corporate Associate to join a growing Bristol team at a particularly interesting point in its development.
A highly regarded Corporate Partner has recently joined from a Top 50 firm and is now building out the offering locally. This role sits directly alongside them, offering close involvement in both the work and the growth of the practice from an early stage.
The Bristol office itself is still in its infancy, but the firm has an established national presence with well-regarded offices across the UK, including London. As a result, there is a consistent flow of high-quality work combined with the kind of visibility and responsibility that is often harder to find in more established teams.
The office is newly developed and state of the art, built to support a modern, collaborative way of working.
The role will involve advising on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, investments and general corporate advisory work. You will be closely involved in transactions from the outset, working directly with clients and playing a key role in delivery.
The position would suit a Corporate Associate with 2+ years’ PQE from a well-regarded firm, with strong technical grounding and a commercial approach. This is particularly well suited to someone who wants to step into a role with greater visibility, closer client exposure and the opportunity to be part of building something.
There is clear scope for progression as the team grows, without the constraints that can come with more established structures.
